Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You can provide your order number as proof of purchase
  • The return is initiated within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Items are returned in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact

Please note: We do not offer refunds unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged. These issues must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (including those purchased with promotional discounts)
  • International orders (unless the item is faulty)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost items.
