SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $12.00 flat rate
  • Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $16.00 flat rate

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.


WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We offer international shipping to most countries via Australia Post International.

  • International Orders (excluding New Zealand): $35.00 flat rate
  • New Zealand Orders: $20.00 standard delivery fee

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note: Customs delays, import taxes, and duty fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs or if your local postal authority fails to notify you of outstanding charges.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You can provide your order number as proof of purchase
  • The return is initiated within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Items are returned in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact

Please note: We do not offer refunds unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged. These issues must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (including those purchased with promotional discounts)
  • International orders (unless the item is faulty)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost items.
